DRIVING DIRECTIONS
Driving south on I-80 West from Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, etc.
1. From I-80 West: take exit 9 toward Powell Street in Emeryville
2. Slight left onto W Frontage Rd
3. Turn left onto Powell Street
4. Turn right onto Doyle Street
5. Doyle Street turns left and becomes 55th Street
6. Ann Martin Center is on the right
7. Client parking is opposite the building on the right
Driving north on I-80 East from Oakland, San Leandro, Hayward, etc.
1. From I-880 North: take I-980 E (signs for Hwy 24 – Walnut Creek)
2. Take exit toward San Francisco
3. Merge onto I-580 W
4. Merge onto I-80 E
5. Take exit 9 for Powell Street toward Emeryville
6. Turn right onto Powell Street
7. Turn right onto Doyle Street
8. Doyle Street turns left and becomes 55th Street
9. Ann Martin Center is on the right
10. Client parking is opposite the building on the right
Driving from Grand Avenue in Piedmont
1. Head south on Grand Avenue
2. Slight right onto Santa Clara Avenue
3. Merge onto I-580 W (toward Berkeley/San Francisco)
4. Take exit 19B toward West Street/San Pablo Avenue
5. Merge onto 36th Street (parallel to I-580)
6. Turn right onto San Pablo Avenue
7. Turn left onto 55th Street
8. Ann Martin Center is on the left
9. Client parking is opposite the building on the right
Driving from San Francisco
1. Take the Bay Bridge toward Oakland
2. Merge onto I-80 E
3. Take exit 9 for Powell Street toward Emeryville
4. Turn right onto Powell Street
5. Turn right onto Doyle Street
6. Doyle Street turns left and becomes 55th Street
7. Ann Martin Center is on the right
8. Client parking is opposite the building on the right
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
EMERY-GO-ROUND:
Emery-Go-Round runs about every 15 minutes.
Its closest stop to Ann Martin Center is Horton at Stanford.
Walk east up Stanford.
Turn right on Doyle.
Turn left on 55th and we’re a few yards up on the left.

1. Walk west (towards hills) on Stanford Avenue about 3 blocks
2. Turn right on Doyle Street
3. At the end of Doyle Street, turn left on 55th Street
4. Ann Martin Center is on the right side
AC Transit: Take AC Transit bus #72 which travels along San Pablo. The official closest stops are at 45th Street from the south and Ashby Avenue from the north; however, buses will generally stop every couple of blocks if you request the stop.
1. Get off the bus as close as you can to 55th Street.
2. Walk west (toward the Bay) on on 55th Street about 4 blocks
3. Ann Martin Center is on the left side
